Our eco-friendly, patented StayPut PER® (Polymer Environmental Resin) styled as an innovative and unique wet room matting; made of a soft, lightly textured, free draining, ridged foam to provide a completely customisable, cut-to-fit Anti-Slip surface.
The addition of silver to the resin gives this matting an antibacterial, antimicrobial feature that is designed to reduce growth of harmful bacteria, mould and fungi, while remaining safe in even the most sensitive environments. The antimicrobial additive is not just a surface coating but has been manufactured into the fabric, so it won’t lose its effectiveness through washing, leaching, scratches or abrasion.
The StayPut PER® Anti-Slip fabric is constructed by melding the resin onto a mesh, supported by polyester fibres. The result is an open weave fabric that allows air to circulate and moisture or spilt liquid to drain straight through whilst continuing to provide a slip resistant surface.
Whilst the fabric stops items moving and slipping it is itself completely non-adhesive; making it easy to remove and reposition as needed without marking or damaging surfaces. It’s completely flexible – easy to cut with sharp scissors or craft knife, so can be trimmed to fit wherever you need it and can also be sewn or sonic/heat welded to other fabrics. It also doesn’t fray, and thanks to its structure it retains its shape.
The wet room mat does not have suckers underneath, so it is recommended that the matting is cut to fit within an enclosed area to ensure it can’t easily move out of position. Ideal for wet rooms, changing room areas, kids’ play areas, around swimming pools, hot tubs, in caravan or motorhome showers. It is also ideal for showers or wet rooms where the floor has been installed with a slip resistant contoured surface where suckers will not adhere, and you still have concerns about slipping.
Machine washable at 40°C; allow to dry naturally. It is recommended that the matting is washed/rinsed regularly (you can even do it outside with a hose) to help prevent build-up of soap residue.
Not suitable as a permanent outdoor non slip matting – for example on decking.

Fabric properties:
• UV stable: will not fade in sunlight
