ECO PER® Sport Yoga / Exercise mat

The ECO PER® 'Sport' mat is tough, durable and will appeal to those looking for a heavier, thicker and firmer Yoga, Pilates or general exercise mat.

With an attractive weave texture and a thicker 5mm cushion it ensures a comfortable non-slip workout, and secure foothold. The 'Sport' ECO mat is made from a new eco friendly non toxic resin called PER® (Polymer Environmental Resin), latex and rubber free, no odour and does not emit any toxic chemicals or gases, and for the green credentials; biodegradable, so kind to you and the environment.

The mat has been successfully tested against harmful substances OEKO-Tex Standard 100-Product Class 1 (for baby articles)

WEARING IN YOUR YOGA MAT At first you may find that the mat is a little slippery. This is due to the manufacturer's surface 'finish' on all mats. It soon wears off. You may want to wash your mat to speed up the process to wear your mat in.

CLEANING YOUR YOGA MAT The Yoga mat is machine washable at a low temperature (no more than 30°C) using a very small amount of washing detergent or you can wipe them down with a damp cloth and a little Tea Tree oil diluted in water or Lemon Juice diluted in water. DO NOT tumble dry or put on a radiator to dry off. Allow lots of time to air dry and avoid folding or using your mat until it is completely dry, as this may shorten its life.
